And us!The RoleAs an Intermediate Web Developer (Front-end) you will be building websites and digital product solutions for our key partners who require a CMS-built platform (Webflow). You will be a leader in our creative team, working closely with a Technical Manager, UX Designers, and Lead Development Team to deliver high-quality, polished experiences to various business divisions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain applications built in Webflow, ensuring seamless integration with our back-end processes and tools.Drive the design and development of reusable components, advocating for efficient, maintainable code.Conduct and participate in code, architecture, and technical reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.Proactively explore and advocate for new front-end technologies and standards that enhance our development processes and user experiences.Requirements2-3 years of proven expertise in Webflow design and development with a strong foundation in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and responsive design.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide projects from conception to implementation.A collaborative approach to building and debugging complex systems, combined with excellent problem-solving skills.Strong UX/UI capabilities, with a focus on leveraging modern browser technologies to create consumer-facing products.A passion for enhancing software development workflows/processes and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.What we’re looking for in your Resume/PortfolioA variety of Webflow projects that effectively showcase your quality of work and technical skillsetMinimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agencyRigor, attention to detail, and accuracyProblem-solving abilityInterpersonal skills (effective in both oral and written communications)Priority-setting and excellent time management capabilitiesAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced evolving and growing environmentSelf-motivated; desire to learn a deeper level of the businessFluent in EnglishWhy Join Us?Kanvas is growing at an accelerated rate and building a very impressive roster of clients.
