Project Coordinator – Audio-Visual Installation – 6 Month Contract

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Audio-Visual Installations team. This position reports to the Director, Project Management.

This position is a 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension/ permanency.

Planning and implementation of all service and installation projects

• Plan work with subcontractors or in-house technicians, follow up on equipment orders and other requirements.
• Monitor progress of service and installation projects
• Direct and provide support to subcontractors
• Present reports defining progress, problems and solutions for installations
• Track installation projects through to invoicing
• Implement a quality assurance procedure for all service and installation projects
• Search for new subcontractors and negotiate prices
• Work closely with the sales and operations team
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of and/or involvement in audio/visual installation (an asset)
• Bilingual (English/French), strong communication skills
• Ability to plan and implement tasks
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to multi-task
