Duties and Responsibilities:Support lawyers within a practice focused on Corporate-Commercial and Real Estate matters;Prepare correspondence and legal documents;Prepare reports and closing documents;Assist with dockets and billings;Schedule meetings and manage calendars for lawyers;Perform corporate and title searches as needed;Open / close / maintain legal files; andOther legal administrative duties as may be needed. Requirements:Candidates must have completed their Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma, or equivalent;5+ years of relevant experience;Understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and applicable statutes;Proficiency with MS Word, Teraview, Conveyancer, Oncorp and PCLaw;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
