Here’s how we’ll know you are the energetic leader we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree and CPHR preferredProven track record of 10+ years leading a team in training, development, and talent management.Proficient with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.Expertise in in adult learning principles and exceptional facilitation skills.Proficiency in designing and developing training solutions, including needs analysis, setting objectives, developing course material, and evaluation methods.
