1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
2. Arrange for maintenance and repair work
3. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
4. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
5. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
6. Arrange training for staff
7. Establish work schedules and procedures
8. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
