Key Responsibilities
- Manage and triage the ticket board.
- Provide first-call resolution for basic technical issues, including password resets and server-related queries.
- Dispatch tickets to the appropriate technicians and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with end users, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate schedules and tasks for the technical team, ensuring optimal workflow.
- Participate in internal promotions and assist in moving personnel around as needed.
- Provide light technical support and escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing IT support role.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and servers.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required.
- Experience with ticketing systems, with ConnectWise being a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to grow and take on new challenges.
