Are you an eCommerce marketing specialist who’s ready to take on the next challenge and apply your skills in a bigger, more impactful way? Forte Series is a men’s personal care brand launched by Alex Costa, one of social media’s biggest men’s grooming and lifestyle influencers. We’re looking for a process-driven, analytical eCommerce marketing manager to take ownership of our middle, and bottom funnel marketing channels and functions. What’s in it for you:As a part of a small, agile team, you will be able to take ownership of your initiatives and make autonomous daily decisions. You will have the opportunity to put your existing eCommerce skills into practice in a bigger, more impactful way Nearly-complete ownership and autonomy of the marketing functionsOpportunity to build and manage your own team of agency partners and contractorsGain in-depth, tactical experience of fast-growing eCommerce sectorLearn directly from experienced eCommerce practitioners Hybrid remote / office working environmentModerate working hours flexibility Responsibilities:Establish and manage a seasonal promotions calendarEstablish and manage an ongoing email marketing function Organize and deploy product launch campaigns for our exciting upcoming SKUsImplement and manage a CRO function to consistently improve funnel conversion rateImplement and manage a middle and bottom funnel paid media strategy to capture branded demand for existing productsInterface between operations, design, social media and managing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed with disciplineWork with eCom director closely to uncover and implement new best practices for brand growthRequirements: D2C / Shopify experience a mustAt least 1 year experience in the eCommerce environmentWorking understanding of major middle and bottom funnel marketing functions (email automation, product launch campaigns, landing page structure, SMS marketing, on site CRO, etc.)Some direct response and branding copywriting experienceWorking understanding of advertising across major media buying platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)Working understanding of attribution and analytics for eCommerceExperience working with agencies and contractors within the Marketing context
