As a Manager Group Financial Advisors, you are a market leader, motivating and coaching your team to create a memorable experience for group members. You capitalize on emerging market opportunities and your priority is to lead your team and work very closely with RBC partners to deliver exceptional client experience, acquire group members, grow market share, grow our brand, and acquire sustainable growth. You accomplish this through execution of integrated community plan with collaboration of RBC partners. You are also a key influencer in the community, building RBC presence, expanding network, and sourcing key business opportunities. , as well as steward digital enablement and multichannel usage. As a team leader, you support the ongoing development of staff through consistent routines to ensure a high level of employee capability and engagement. What will you do? An advocate for Group Members, new and existing clients who leads the team to deliver an exceptional client experience with a strong focus on problem resolution and client care Drive growth and retention activities within the community to acquire clients and increase market share Be a leader who champions the RBC Group Advantage value proposition and coaches the team to put our clients at the center and brings the full power of One RBC by leveraging a vast array of partners and capabilities to help meet our clients' needs Lead direct reports and collaborate with dedicated RBC partners to capture market opportunities and deliver strong business performance You will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement and employee capability. You will develop and manage employees by ensuring we have the right talent, with the right capability for today and the future Be a role model and a RBC Ambassador where you build RBC presence in your region and across channels Take appropriate actions to close gaps identified through operational, credit effectiveness, and compliance reviews and reports While this is a remote position, you are expected to be present and engaged in all Markets of the Region you support. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and minimum 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the last 3 years Completed an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI, or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date Completion of the Certificate in Financial Services Advice offered by CSI Minimum 2 years in a people management role Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset Ability to employ digital channels, drive client awareness, and ensure your team is enabling clients with RBC digital access Effectively communicate with senior leaders(RVP's) Strong PMR routines & capabilities Strategic thinking / Business mindset Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders Nice-to-have Experience in both business and personal banking Experience in the Group Advantage business Job Skills Building Talent, Business Development, Inspiring, Long Term Planning
