Description

St. Michael’s Long Term Care Centre is a fully accredited, 153 bed multi-level facility, with a Medical Day Support Program. We are currently looking for an individual to provide assessment and treatment for clients in Long Term Care and the Medical Day Support Program. Client population consists primarily of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited university and be registered with the C.P.T.A. Experience with inpatient rehabilitation and day programs is preferred. AADL Authorizer is beneficial. St. Michael’s offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
