We work closely with healthcare facilities to match their specific needs with the most qualified individuals.Position Title: Occupational Therapist (hiring for multiple locations across Canada)Summary:We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team on a locum basis.Responsibilities:Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve daily living skills.Help patients improve motor skills, coordination and balance through therapeutic exercises and activities.Manage a high case load with diverse patient populations.Maintain appropriate written records of assessment, treatment plans, progress and discharge documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Occupational Therapy.Registration and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists in the province of work.Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist.Experienced in community based Occupational Therapy and connecting with clients in-home.Experience in case management and working with diverse patient populations.Professional Liability Insurance (PLI).Covid-19 vaccination.Attention to detail and commitment to patient care and safety.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for locum assignments.Additional Information:Travel and accommodation providedA very competitive wage ratesLucrative bonuses and reimbursement for out-of-province licensing feesFlexible start date, minimum two to three weeksHow to Apply:To learn more or join our team, complete the Applicant webform at www.promedhr.ca or email your resume/questions to [email protected].
