The Campaign Management team is a part of the Revenue Operations department at Visual Capitalist responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing client marketing campaigns. A campaign manager's goal is to build and foster strong relationships with our clients, over-deliver on client expectations, and champion upsells, renewals, and retention.Responsibilities:The successful candidate in this Campaign Manager role will have responsibilities that may include the following:Take ownership of client accounts and their associated campaigns, acting as the main point of contact throughout the relationship.Demonstrate our value to clients by successfully managing their expectations and overdelivering on a world class marketing campaign, with the aim of renewing contracts and maximizing revenue opportunities. Serve as the lead point of contact, actively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and successful execution.Build trust and strong relationships with client partners, achieving a solid understanding of their objectives and ensuring deliverables are always aligned with the objectives.Anticipate and identify challenges early on, demonstrating our expertise to clients and allowing internal team members to work efficiently according to best practices.Create clear and accurate internal briefing documents to ensure team is able to carry out their creative roles in accordance with the client’s campaign objectives.Have high level oversight of campaign production, including managing deadlines, facilitating internal and external meetings, scheduling advertising and content publications.Monitor and maintain active campaigns, compiling performance reports for clients that contain recommendations for further optimization.How to Apply:Email [email protected] with a copy of your cover letter and resume.Qualifications:You are a fantastic fit for this role if you can identify with these traits and skills:Excellent Communicator: You are well-written, well-spoken, and can communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both written and verbally, whether online or in person. You understand that priorities shift and you can consider varying factors to make informed decisions.Driven by Best Practices: You are highly process-driven, yet also understand that the best practice in some situations may fall outside of the existing processes. Resourceful and Self-Starting: If you don't know how to best do something, you can figure it out through self-learning and you know how to ask for help. You have a bias towards action and can move projects forward.Software Proficiency: You have solid experience working with online software suites such as Google Docs, Microsoft 365, and are able to quickly learn the basics of other software tools, such as Monday.com, HubSpot, WordPress, among others. Data-Driven and Visual: You understand the power of using data, visuals, and storytelling to enhance communication.Curious: You have interest in, or are aware of, topical events, as well as emerging technology and business trends around the world.Experience: Ideally, you have 3-5 years of transferable experience in roles that may be related to account management, media, advertising, marketing, sales, or similar.Compensation:The starting salary range for this position is $60-70K, with opportunities for uncapped commission.
