Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, bilingual order desk coordinator to the parts department looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader and manufactuer in Vaudreuil is looking to join their team. We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strongorganizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.AdvantagesMonday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PMFull Benefits Medical, Dental, paid 100% by employerLocation - VaudreuilFree Parking on siteSalary 50,000$-55,000$ (Based on experience)If experience in Forklift industry willing to pay higherRRSPRoom for growthNew building as of 2024ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Tasks include but not limited to:-prepare and forward orders for parts department to suppliers (Chinaand Taiwan)This consists of entering the orders in the accounting system, forwardingthe orders to the supplier, following up with the supplier for the proforma invoice to verify quantities and prices and expected receipt date.Shipments are coordinated with the imports department for the differentsuppliers.Must be meticulous in following up the orders with the various suppliersReceiving of the po’s in the systemFollow up any discrepancies with the suppliersVerification of various error reportsInventory count/adjustments as requiredReplace other staff in department as neededAnalysis of reports as requiredAdministrating online Parts storeFollowing up with the ecommerce departmentsReturn Goods Authorization/Machine Repair Tracking-Coordinate with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse,orders-Invoicing, quotes, inventory, creating contracts-Prepare documents for shipping (label/pallet label,etc)-You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order tomeet the needs of the business.Qualifications-Bilingual English / French (spoken and written)- Able to work in a fast pace environment- Good communication skills -Attention to detail-Comfortable with computers-Data entry experience-Experience in the forklift industry an assetIf interested in this position or know someone who would be a good fit for this position.
