Programmer Analyst

IBISKA current has an immediate contract requirement for Level 3 Programmer Analysts (JAVA). The ideal consultant would have the following experience, combined with Secret security clearance. Experience Requirements Minimum of ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing web applications using an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans. Minimum of ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing web applications using Hibernate and/or JPA (Java Persistence API) for Object/Relational Mapping and database persistence. Minimum of six (6) years professional work experience within the last ten (10) years developing web applications using the Spring framework version 3 or greater Minimum of three (3) years professional development work experience using Spring Boot. Demonstrated professional work experience developing web applications using the MVC pattern (Model View Controller) using Spring framework version 3 or greater. Demonstrated professional work experience developing SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and/or RESTful web services between applications. Demonstrated professional work experience within the last eight (8) years using continuous integration tools (examples: Jenkins/Hudson, Bamboo, Cruise Control). Experience with Test Driven Development Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React, VueJS, or GWT. Experience with Identity Management Technologies such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAUTH, or Keycloak. Experience with the following: Docker Kubernetes CI/CD Cloud Service (AWS preferred) Search Engine platforms (Solr, or Elasticsearch)
