About You You have 7+ years technical recruitment experience. You bring 3+ years of experience in gaming industry recruitment, with a particular focus on Free-to-Play (F2P) models. You are skilled in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to advise senior leaders throughout the hiring process. As a problem solver, you effectively use all available resources to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent. You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are constant, you will adapt quickly and find innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
