Working in our Professional Services department, the ideal candidate will possess a key set of software development and technical skills coupled with outstanding business consulting skills and expertise to enhance our customers’ businesses by building upon Maximizer’s existing functionality and enable our customers to build their businesses and keep existing customers.What you’ll do:Technical/DevelopmentUtilize Software Development experience to implement customer requirements through a combination of custom code implementation and configurationDevelop your expertise of the Maximizer CRM product offeringSolve Problems, and unique business challenges for our customersKeep up to date with new technologies, specifically those around General Web Development, APIs (JSON and RESTful), Mobile Web Development, Responsive UI/UX and real-time data validationConsulting Perform analysis of the customer’s business processes, data and Maximizer CRM usage to identify opportunities for improvementParticipate in the design and implementation of complete Maximizer CRM projectsProvide written communications in the form of Proposals, Meeting Minutes, Requirements Documents and EstimationsProject ManagementOwn the successful execution and communication of multiple concurrent Maximizer implementation projects for our customersWork independently, and alongside your colleagues to achieve customer objectives and meet project delivery timelinesAbility to manage the project budget and customer expectations and provide change control through the duration of the projectOrganize, control, and manage project meetings to gather customer requirements and translate these into valuable solutionsProvide weekly status updates to the Maximizer senior team on key projectsWho you are & what you'll bring:4 year degree or 2 year technical diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology5+ years of programming experience (C#/.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JSON and AJAX)3+ years of experience where you have been accountable for technical project/program delivery, performing software consulting services in a customer facing roleExperience developing custom integrations and customizations in a customer facing roleIntegration experience through APIs (RESTful and JSON-based primarily)Microsoft SQL Database and Server experienceExperience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting roleStrongly disciplined and a capable self-learnerStrong analytical skills for problem solving and solution developmentSelf-starter, and able to manage customer timelines and commitmentsAdaptable and flexible to new technologies, people, and environmentsNice to have:Strong working knowledge of integration paths to Open-Source Platforms (WordPress, MySQL and PHP)Why you should apply: Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching program Generous paid vacay and sick days A powerful Laptop Budget for courses, books, and personal development??
