Summary The IT PROJECT COORDINATOR reports directly to Supervisor, Information Systems and has accountability to enhance, optimize, maintain, and support CSN Technology and Support systems such as a Dynamics CRM, Learning Management System (LMS) and L1 helpdesk.
Primary Objectives of the Role 1. Product Functionality
Ensure that CSN Technology products utilized by CSN (ERP, LMS, CRM, Website, etc.) are continually maintained, optimized, functioning as intended and integrated with other CSN Systems where applicable.
Ensuring CSN IT Systems maintain accurate, up-to-date, relevant and easily accessible information available for the CSN Corporate Staff, Licensees, and Vendors.
Provide support to CSN staff in set up and use of CSN Technology and work with CSN Training department in development of standardized training on the CSN Technology systems for current and new staff.
Establish and ensure maintenance of all governing functions of the CSN CRM system including user account maintenance, workflows reports and dashboards.
Support the rollout of CSN IT hardware requirements such as laptops and peripheral tools for CSN Staff.
Assist in the continual assurance of CSN’s technical security.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within the scope of practice.
2. Reporting - Implementation, Enhancement, & Maintenance:
Support the seamless implementation of PowerBI reporting utilized both internally and licensee facing.
Work with key stakeholders to aid in their setup and production of required scheduled reporting.
3. Coordinate projects for the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, programs, or technology.
Assist SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR in the development and modification of Dynamics CRM forms and reports.
Support in providing research and input to direct manager in preparing budgets and tracking of costs.
Assist in the day-to-day administrative workload of CSN IT Projects.
Prepare and support other key projects as identified.
Qualifications and Experience:
Post-secondary education (College or University) in Technology field of study or equivalent experience.
Some coding and technical training or experience would be an asset.
L1 Helpdesk experience.
Technology implementation and evaluation skills.
Experience with operating systems; current equipment and technologies (MacOS and Windows); various cloud tools and programs.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and assist in resolution.
Knowledge of JS, Python would be an asset.

Work Environment and Requirements:
The environment for this role is fast paced and complex.
This role is based out of our corporate office in Oakville, Ontario.
This role may be hybrid, up to 3 days working from the corporate office.
Travel Requirements:
Travel will generally not be required.
Total days of travel is expected to be up to 10 business days per year.
