About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Design Services, this position requires an individual that has technical knowledge in video, animation and digital design applications. As a Motion Designer & Production Specialist, you support the implementation of AGF’s corporate brand standards, the creative direction of campaigns and thought leadership, and have a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, photography, animation, video editing, UX principles, and art direction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce and design a variety of projects led by senior members of
the design team - Strong design skills with the ability to adhere to AGF’s visual identity
- Develop and adapt graphics and animations to support design initiatives within the
- AGF Masterbrand brand and AGF business line brands including digital properties such as the corporate advertising, internet, and social media etc.
- Produce a variety of videos based on business priorities
(interview style videos, animated videos, webinars, etc.) - Translate data and insights into visually elements and animations
- Develop, design and modifying company wide templates for internal and external purposes - MSOffice Suite including PowerPoint and Word
- Ensure the files meet the production AGF guidelines for each project
- Maintain studio assets and workflow processes
Digital Design & Production:
- Work with studio team to develop designs based on partner brief (digital and traditional)
- Create graphics for multi-purpose usage (animation, video, digital, print)
- Source and produce images that align with the master and
sub-brand image platforms - Design and execute html pages within AGF’s content management system
- Prepress production of files for print and POD
Working Knowledge of the Following Programs:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Adobe Animate, Premier, After Effects, Audition
- Adobe Acrobat
- Cascade CMS
- PowerPoint
- Digital Asset Management and workflow tools
