FortiGate experience is preferredFamiliar with Routing (Static and Dynamic), BGP experience preferredExperience with creating VLANs, SVIs, switches, switchport security and 802.1x authenticationAble to design and implement Network and security systems infrastructureExperience in handling security concepts (Adding/Modifying Rules, NAT, Faulty Firewall replacement, upgrades, High Availability setup, packet capture, log analysis etc.) using CLI and Web console etc.Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Firewalls, Load balancer, IPS/IDS & Proxy, along with LAN, WAN, WLAN issues.Setup and troubleshoot VLANs, Site to Site VPNs, and End user remote access VPN issues.Work with the TAC for the SW/HW related issues and providing the resolution.Involve in change management process for HW replacement/ IOS upgrade/ Config change/ BW upgrade/ Whitelisting or Blacklist URLs & FW Rule addition etc.Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket Priority/Severity and Adhere to the ITIL process with zero noncompliance.Maintaining & implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures" Wipro is committed to creating an accessible, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
