IAM Architect

As an IAM Architect at Talasoft, you will lead the design and management of identity and access management solutions to protect our organization's digital resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure data privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with BDM Enterprise Architecture to create, oversee, and uphold architectures for identity and access management (IAM) services and solutions.
  
• Offer specialized expertise in various IAM domains, including client identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, employee multi-factor authentication, identity governance and administration, adaptive access, identity data services, and IAM enablers and operations management.
  
• Provide insights on the service offerings from chosen IAM service providers, including their service level agreements (SLAs), service lifecycles, and support.
  
• Understand and communicate how IAM Infrastructure and IAM Solutions' Architectures interact, support, and integrate with other technologies and information systems.
  
• Facilitate the exploration, assessment, and selection of IAM technology and product standards, along with the creation of standardized configurations.
  
• Identify the organizational impact, encompassing skills, processes, structures, and culture, as well as the financial implications of current and future technology roadmaps and decisions.
  
• Recognize, document, and propose standards and replicable solution patterns for enterprise-level IAM Architecture or BDM Programme Architecture.
  
• Extend expertise and consultation on technology implementation and modification initiatives, such as projects or high-impact work activities.
  
• Offer insights, advice, and guidance on financial management and service management for IAM services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  
• Proven experience as an IAM Architect or in a similar IAM-focused role.
  
• Expertise in IAM domains and technologies, including multi-factor authentication, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  
• In-depth knowledge of IAM service providers, SLAs, and best practices.
  
• Strong understanding of IAM integration with various systems and technologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
• Commitment to data security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
