Role overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. Additionally, domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance is mandatory. What you’ll do Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures that meet the needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Ensure software solutions are secure, reliable, and performant, meeting the highest standards of quality. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed. What you bring to the role Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrate extensive experience with SQL Server, C#, React JS, SQL Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework. Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Certified Scrum Developer (CSD). Working arrangements We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
