Project Control Manager

Headquartered in France, the Group employs approximately 70,000 people globally.Courage | Respect | Humility | Solidarity | ConvivialityABOUT THE ROLEAs the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for providing the necessary guidance and expertise to ensure all aspects of the project are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. You will be the go-to person for all project planning and control activities. You will provide leadership, guidance and support to the project controls team which includes Planners/Schedulers, Estimators, Workface Planners, and Project Controls Administrators, to ensure that all activities are completed in accordance with contractual commitments. You will be expected to develop and maintain effective project control systems and produce detailed status reports. Your dedication and expertise will help ensure the successful completion of the scope of work, and your knowledge and experience will be a valuable asset to our team.KEY OBJECTIVESResponsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with Company values to achieve long-term success.Ensure performance is in line with relevant Altrad documents and Procedures (whichever has the higher standard to ensure we deliver upon minimum requirements).The Altrad reputation and brand is enhanced with an aim of being a “Supplier of Choice” for our client.Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.MAIN ACTIVITIESWork Face Planning: Oversee the workface planning process and manage the workface planning team including but not limited to scope management, breakdown of CWPs into IWPs, development of IWPs, release process, progress measurement and close out.Planning and Scheduling: Oversee the planning process, including but not limited to review client schedule and update internal schedule, accordingly, communicate priorities to construction and management teams, resource-load schedule, communicate regular update to client, assist construction team with planning their works.Liaise with client representatives and attend meetings as required.M2M: Management of construction automation tools deployed by AGJV with a focus on M2M.Reporting: Compile and submit to client all mandatory reporting.Manage the Project Controls team.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEMinimum 12 years of proven experience in a similar role is essential.Sound knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry particularly within a Project environment.Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize your workload utilizing effective time management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of people.Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.Experience with FIFO (fly in/fly out) site projects.About usAltrad is a world leader in the provision of industrial services, generating high-added value solutions principally for the Oil & Gas, Energy, Power Generation, Process, Environment and Construction sectors.
