Business Systems/Business Analyst HybridApex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a senior Business Systems/Business Analyst who is looking to work at a Big 5 Bank supporting highly visible Technology Initiatives. If you are successful at working within highly matrixed environments and with multiple Technology and Business Teams from conceptualization to execution this is the role for you!Client: Big 5 BankLocation: Hybrid out of downtown Toronto. Must be ok with hybrid 1-2 days a week.Start Date: End September 2024Contract: 6 months contract, possibility to extendWorking hours: 7.5 hrs per dayApplication: Please email your latest resume to Ashley at [email protected] Knowledge and Qualifications:• Possesses a university degree/college diploma and/or 8+ progressive business analysis experience, with a very strong usage of a broad range of business analysis techniques in a variety of project contexts, supporting medium- to large-size projects• Expert Level knowledge of the business analysis theory, practice, and use of techniques. Able to support the business analyst/consultant throughout the project delivery life-cycle based on professional experience – this includes understanding and being familiar with the application of techniques associated with data modeling, process modeling, and user-centered design within the context of the organizational standards• Ability to deliver all requirement artifacts through all Phases of requirements delivery on all project sizes and complexity, and ability to lead requirements delivery on large program/enterprise scale initiatives.• Ability to lead others through delivery of requirements following Traditional Waterfall and Agile approaches.Previous experience supporting multi-application projects in both Agile and Waterfall.
