It’s accountable for proactively selling HVAC solutions relevant to end user customers and growing the network of active dealers’. What’s in it for you? Provide a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with Wolseley customers Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers; Identify business opportunities that offer growth potential and align with business goals; Contribute to a positive work climate through building trust, communicating openly, and working collaboratively at all levels of the business. Regularly monitor and measure the efficiency of implemented projects and initiatives; (training) Collaboration for growth with sales team on existing customer share of wallet; complete sales calls with sales associates as needed Training and developing HVAC knowledge and sales understanding in the branch network Maintaining strong communication with vendor partners or identifying opportunities, marketing trends and training needs Provides feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers, and branch management What you will bring: Post Secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably within a wholesale distribution environment Must be computer literate, knowledge of AS400 system would be an asset. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service; Knowledgeable of industry products; Must have excellent telephone skills. Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment; Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking; Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.
