Sales Support Coordinator - Best Buy Business (12-month contract) Do you have a passion for building meaningful relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment? As a sale support coordinator, you will provide support to account managers to ensure successful delivery of products and services in a timely fashion. You will manage all orders, coordinate product and service fulfillment, track and provide progress updates on all open orders to account managers and clients, as well as responding to customer inquiries. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes. What you’ll do : Input new orders into internal systems Coordinate product sourcing and fulfillment on approved purchases Facilitate submission of credit requests to internal credit group for processing, track and follow-up on pending submissions until complete Act as a resource and contact point for clients regarding orders Respond and resolve issues in a timely fashion ensuring to provide updates to account managers and clients on a regular basis. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of account administration for medium to large size business preferably in retail or business to business environment. Above average ability in using Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications Effective communication skills (both oral and written), strong analytical and organizational skills with the proven ability to work independently.
