Project Manager (ID#4554)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client prepare for go-live of a key software solution at additional sites. The system has been installed previously at other sites, and this project will continue the rollout. Responsibilities: Prepare for go-live to coordinate Go Live SupportLiaise between the Program Workstreams/Domains and Site equivalents and SMEsAssess project go live needs from a technical, clinical, and business readiness perspective and support go-live activities to meet the Program strategic goalsIdentify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvementDevelop material for, and hosting demos with, different stakeholder groups, as requiredProvide regular status reporting to Program leadership, as requiredEnsure appropriate documentation is organized and can be easily auditedProactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager as they ariseEnsure all change requests are documented to ensure efficiencyDevelop material for and host demos with different stakeholder groups, as required Requirements:5+ years recent experience in Healthcare with a particular focus on IT systems and operational support10+ years’ experience in managing projects to implement business systemsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsExperience or knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Clinical Device Integration, Jira PMP certification is an assetExperience in BC Healthcare preferredExperience in large organizations preferredExperience with large-scale clinical transformation and/or clinical information system implementation is preferred.
