This individual will be a key member in building out a structure for the team and will collaborate closely with various other teams. They will get the chance to assist with projects, complete reporting and data management. Please note: this position requires you to be in Ontario and in the local area, as this is an on-site position. What our client has to offer: Excellent compensation A plus benefits package Room for growth Responsibilities: Assist with customized financial and operational metrics for Investor fund-raising initiatives and reporting and participate in preparing fund-raising presentations, pitch decks and other materials Establish, monitor and manage internal portfolio level financial and operational performance and KPI reporting Compare and analyze actual results with plans and forecasts, to evaluate property level performance Develop tools and perform market research, data mining, business intelligence and property level benchmark tracking to support revenue management strategies Analyze financial market and other benchmark data for decision-making support Assist Asset Management, Property Management & Operations teams, and provide financial analysis and insights for the company as a whole Provide the Sales departments with performance trends and information utilized in sales efforts Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools Ensuring compliance with industry standards and rules, as well as government Interested and qualified candidates please apply today.
