We are seeking an individual with expertise in various maintenance disciplines, including painting, carpentry and drywall, minor electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC. If you are a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Painting: Execute high-quality paint jobs for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
  • Carpentry and Drywall: Perform repairs and installations of carpentry and drywall elements, addressing issues such as cracks, holes, and general wear and tear.
  • Minor Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs, including the installation and replacement of outlets, switches, and fixtures.
  • Plumbing: Handle basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets, to maintain optimal functionality.
  • HVAC: Conduct routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • General Maintenance: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance specialist or handyman, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in painting, carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Applicants are expected to have their own tools.
  • Driver's Licence and reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
