This position requires flexible, organized persons with 1 or more years of farm experience. Farm supervisor performs the following duties: Supervise and Co-ordinate the farm workers and farm activities such as soil preparation, spraying irrigation and pruning etc. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Develop work schedules and establish procedures for the workers. To ensure farm safety and security procedures are followed. Maintain quality and production records. Make reports on equipment, materials and production. Keep records and prepares estimates of requirements. Monitor, some feeding and treating animal health Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment May perform general farm duties Education: No specific education is required but having is an asset. Experience: 1 or more years of farm experience; Team leader, Farm machinery experience is an asset.
