Our mission is to empower artists with high-quality products, fostering creativity and excellence in the permanent cosmetics industry.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Director of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will optimize our email, SMS, and paid advertising strategies while ideating and testing new acquisition and retention channels.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, loyalty, and brand awareness.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.Analytical Excellence:Utilize advanced analytics to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance across all channels.Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to inform targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.Identify key metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Email and SMS Marketing:Optimize email and SMS marketing strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer loyalty.Develop high-converting copy and automated workflows for various customer segments.Continuously test and refine email and SMS campaigns to improve engagement and drive revenue growth.Leverage segmentation and triggers to improve our ability to personalize all our messaging.Paid Advertising:Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition and retention goals.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.Continuously ideate and test new ad creative.Creative and Experimental Mindset:Ideate, test, and implement new acquisition and retention channels to drive growth.Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience of professional artists.Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas and iterate based on data-driven insights.User-Centric Approach:Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our professional artist community.Develop user-centric marketing strategies that prioritize the customer experience.Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing efforts and product development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email, SMS, and paid advertising.Proven experience in both smaller companies and high-growth environments.Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive marketing strategies and decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for testing and implementing new marketing ideas.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly user-centric, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.Why Join Us:Be a part of the team that has a real shot at winning the permanent cosmetics category.Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative company that values creativity and data-driven decision-making.Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Make a significant impact on the growth and success of a leading beauty brand for professional artists. #J-18808-Ljbffr
