Job Summary:
Oversee the coordination, functional management and leadership of all Farm King locations. Ensure that customer satisfaction remains the primary goal of the company. Drive new business development opportunities internationally. Location of factory is in Morden, Manitoba. Warehouses are throughout North America. Applicants must have Agricultural industry experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
? Develop strategic plans to meet Farm King’s production, sales budget and P&L
? Implementation and development of production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales and service
? Develop, execute and evaluate annual targets to meet sales targets
? Planning and development of sales, service and inventory
? Analysis of the current dealer network; development of action plans to expand potential business opportunities in the marketplace
? Implement development programs as they relate to production
? Manage all production development and sales processes
? Control and manage promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users
? Direct and control team management for both, operations and sales, for the Farm King divisions located in Canada and USA
? Develop, nurture and reinforce a culture of teamwork within Farm King at all locations
? Manage, develop and control cross functional team managers
Qualifications:
? University degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
? Minimum five (5) years in a senior management role
? Five (5) to 10 years of experience in the agricultural or other large equipment sector
? Proven track record of building and leading high performance teams
? Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
? Strong decision making skills and excellent judgment
? Ability to target, plan and execute initiatives
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Computer efficiency in MS Office
? Highly effective facilitation, presentation and other communication skills
? Solid business acumen, senior management, and problem-solving skills
? Strong leadership and time management skills
? Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced manufacturing environment
? Ability to travel freely throughout North America
