Our client is a Canadian company that specializes in providing financial services and investment opportunities and they are looking to hire an Enterprise Solutions Architect.

About the Opportunity
The Enterprise Solutions Architect will work under the Vice President of IT. The role involves overseeing software application design, development, and implementation, contributing to IT strategy, and identifying opportunities for innovation. The architect provides leadership, coaching, and direction to development teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and implement application solutions for business in large/complex systems environment
• Analytical & problem-solving skills to address challenges in system architecture and design
• Summarize information and document to relay to other team members/stakeholders
• Implement best practices in integration methodologies to drive company's success in complex, multi-platform environments
• MS Office environment, Power Apps, MuleSoft, other apps related to Finance/Mortgage/Real Estate

About You

• 8+ years of architecture and design experience with application integration, B2B, and API technologies
• Programming languages (i.e. Java, C/C++, XML, Python, etc.)
• Experience with various applications and SaaS (i.e. ERP, CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of business infrastructure technologies (i.e. API, Microservices, Docker, VMWare, Azure).
• Experience with architecture standards, governance frameworks (i.e.. TOGAF)
• Great communication skills (technical & non-technical stakeholders)
• Ability to come into the downtown office as needed (Tues/Thurs)

Bonus Items:

• Software development background
• Managing and/or maintaining relationship with offshore team(s)
• Mortgage industry with lender applications
• Technical Debt Management
• TOGAF certification

Salary Range
$140,000-$145,000/year
