Compensation for this position: $35.00 per hour
Core business hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, (flexibility to work overtime when required)

The Business System Administrator will provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite, including integration of cloud-based and in-house developed applications throughout the enterprise. This position will work with all departments to determine appropriate strategies to enhance business productivity and efficiency to meet organizational goals.
Essential Duties:
Oversee the configuration and management of Oracle E-Business Suite to support business processes company-wide.
Work with EDI Analysts to support inbound and outbound EDI transactions for a successful order management flow. Coordinate with customer service to manage error-free EDI order entry procedures by validating the quantity ordered to meet the system requirements. Work with the warehouse team to comply with and maintain an established procedure of picking, packing, shipping, and ship confirmation of the order in Oracle for an error-free EDI ASN and INVOICES.
Review existing business processes and improve to optimize the warehouse operations managing inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving procedures.
Work closely with IT programmers to develop new solutions or enhance existing processes focusing on Inventory Management, Bill of Materials, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
Work with Warehouse Operations and Logistics to develop project goals and objectives, including the scope of work, required internal/external resources, and change in business processes, training warehouse staff, a timeline to complete, and project cost.
Maintain and develop necessary changes to Pentel’s Blue Form system.
Work with Imprint department to maintain order management through PHP and MySQL platform. Maintain continuous process improvements to meet departmental goals.
Manage projects by gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for application development.
Work with programmers to create, manage and resolve Service Tickets related to Oracle Finance, Operations, WMS, Supply Chain Management, Work in Process, Inventory and Demand works forecasting tool.
Provide support to maintain and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, Avaya VOIP telephone systems to connect phones locally and remotely. Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues and monitor day-to-day computer performance, including computer and network security.
Proactively seek improvement in business operations.
Attendance and punctuality are essential job duties including time management.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in business or related field
5+ years of working experience in complex warehouse & distribution environment
5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Application
5+ years of experience with programming languages and databases such as PL/SQL, PHP, and MySQL.
Experience with Direct-to-Consumer business model is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and General Abilities:
Project Management and Collaboration skills required.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System and Inventory Control Application required (Oracle E-Business Suite experience is preferred).
In-depth functional knowledge of Inventory management including Inventory Analysis, Cycle Counting, Variance Analysis, Inventory Adjustments and Inventory Data Maintenance.
Working knowledge of RF scanner gun and task management is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Other Special Skills and Abilities:
Ability to understand detailed business requirements, supporting and process flow documents.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and warehouse personnel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office software.
PC Desktop knowledge and usage required.
