Technical Sales – Spectro Technology

Our clients include industry-leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function. Position: Technical SalesLocation: Richmond, BC Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Electronics / SalesEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent  Roles & Responsibilities:Meeting with prospective clients and cultivating enduring relationships that effectively meet their needs.Implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and enhance the company’s global presence.Identify skill gaps within the team and create strategies to address them.Ensure company quotas are met by setting objectives and tracking progress through daily check-ins with the sales team.Identify and generate new leads, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.2+ years’ experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.Ability to build a strong network and establish enduring client relationships.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Able to travel to assigned territory as needed.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Note: We thank all candidates for their time.
