Job Description:
What will you work on?
This role will assist with delivering engaging consumer experiences and satisfaction through numerous capacities
How will you create impact?
- Act as an elevated support tier to resolve all case escalations via phone, email or live chat as routed from frontline Consumer Care Agents, while ensuring all case handling procedures are followed correctly
- Manage all customer service inquiries on social media (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Helpshift) and respond to all critical online reviews/questions (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google Play/App Store)
- Process replacement orders, quality assurance pickups, and mail out shipments (physically and remotely) via Canada Post and UPS in a timely and accurate manner while providing tracking updates, inventory statuses, and other order-related requests
What are your skills and experience?
- Social media experience is a plus
- Experience working with customer or client facing initiatives, tasks or projects
- Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with social listening and monitoring tools is a definite asset
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) or order management systems is a definite asset
- Flexibility on hours between 9:00am to 8:00pm, including weekdays and weekends, and during statuary holidays throughout the year
