In our startup environment, you'll combine hands-on technical work with leadership and guiding a team to deliver high-impact solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality, while making a tangible impact on our growth and success.More specifically, the role includes but is not limited to:Planning daily and weekly tasks for the technician team.Committing 50% of time to the assembly, integration, and deployment of projects.Ensuring quality standards are maintained.Documenting issues and providing feedback on all aspects of a project.Being the technical resource/point of contact for any issue regarding assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and deployment of robotic and automation projects.Integration of automation components and configuration of automated systems.Conducting analysis of issues, suggesting/implementing solutions, and documenting effort to implement fixes.Execution of on-site deployment and client support activities.Quality control activities prior to shipping customer products.Collaboration with the Project Managers to plan resources (timeline, space, deployment schedules, etc).Owner of the workspace, ensuring it is well-organized and efficient.Helping to implement and enforce health & safety initiatives as well as guidelines.Continuously improving cleanliness and organization of the space, tools, and parts.Ensuring efficient cross-departmental collaboration.Identifying the strengths of the team members and encouraging collaboration to share knowledge.Supporting with hiring, growing, and developing a team of passionate, coachable, and curious technicians.Assimilating well into Vention culture and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of obstacles.Being the role model for what a great Automation Technician is in terms of performance, time management, skills, knowledge, attitude, and work ethic.
