THE ROLEAs the Manager, Workforce Planning & Scheduling Technology, you will lead the team to:Collaborate with internal & external partners to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrowDefine & translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology designEnsure the design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructureSupport with the implementation of structure testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficienciesSupport the launch and maintenance of workforce planning & scheduling technology solutionsEnsure seamless delivery and management of technology solutions for business partnersWork with appropriate partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Manager, Workforce Planning & Scheduling Technology, has:Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:Workday, Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Time & Absence and/or Human Resource Management SystemsIndustry specific workforce planning & scheduling technology challenges or automation projectsWorking with internal and external development teamsGathering requirements and turning them into solution designs A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia’s Values, Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $140,000–$170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
