JOB PURPOSE The Pharmacy Clinical Manager responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining clinical services and for ensuring optimal services on a daily basis. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Registered or eligible for licensure with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and licensed to practice in New Brunswick.  Completion of an advanced clinical pharmacy practice program/degree or equivalent experience. At least three years experience in a Hospital Pharmacy Ability to attend work on a regular basis. Ability to perform the duties of the position. Good work record. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for: Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy services Maintaining a clinical practice site Participating in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives Participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training programs Participating in the performance management and recruitment processes Collaborating with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to manage financial resources COMPETENCIES Domains and standards identified by the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA), 2022. Model Standards of Practice for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in Canada.
