Your new role
In this position, you will provide actionable insights through financial analysis to guide our company's business decisions and strategic planning. You will leverage your analytical expertise to assess financial performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.

Analyze Financial Data: Review financial statements and data, and utilize financial models to project company performance. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of company budgets and forecasts, analyzing internal and external factors that could impact financial performance. Reporting: Develop and maintain regular financial reports; present findings and recommendations to management. Ensure that financial reports are accurate and delivered on time. Financial Advice: Provide insights and recommendations on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization. Collaboration: Work closely with management and departments to understand the financial information and provide support in financial matters. Ad hoc Projects: Support various strategic initiatives through ad hoc financial analysis

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you must have be a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized financial analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or accounting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.). Familiarity with financial visualization software, such as Power BI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal and credit background check.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary for this role in the range of $800,000 to $100,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal equity.
