Utilize your in-depth knowledge of investment banking processes and systems to conduct thorough reconciliations of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including financial operations teams, technology teams, and business units, to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation processes.3. Develop and implement best practices for reconciliation activities, including designing and implementing automated reconciliation solutions where applicable, understand concepts of two-way or 3-way Reconciliations, understand and help in Matching and break processBusiness Analysis:1. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory guidelines.2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of investment banking workflows, systems, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, validate solutions, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.Project Management:1. Lead and actively participate in investment banking projects, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop project plans, identify key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful project implementation.2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business users, technology teams, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives.3. Status reportingSenior Stakeholder Management:1. Proactively engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, business heads, and functional leaders, to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and build strong relationships.2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders on investment banking strategies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.3. Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in written form, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.Requirements:Master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
