Utilize your in-depth knowledge of investment banking processes and systems to conduct thorough reconciliations of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including financial operations teams, technology teams, and business units, to ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation processes.3. Develop and implement best practices for reconciliation activities, including designing and implementing automated reconciliation solutions where applicable, understand concepts of two-way or 3-way Reconciliations, understand and help in Matching and break processBusiness Analysis:1. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory guidelines.2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of investment banking workflows, systems, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, validate solutions, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.Project Management:1. Lead and actively participate in investment banking projects, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop project plans, identify key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful project implementation.2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business users, technology teams, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business objectives.3. Status reportingSenior Stakeholder Management:1. Proactively engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, business heads, and functional leaders, to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and build strong relationships.2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders on investment banking strategies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.3. Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in written form, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.Requirements:Master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience (minimum 10+ years) in the investment banking domain, with a strong focus on reconciliations, business analysis, and project management.Deep understanding of any of the domains (Equities, FX and Derivatives, Payments, Trade finance, custody, Asset servicing, Syndicated loans)Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using financial systems, databases, and software tools, including MS Office Suite and project management software.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionHealth Care Spending AccountShort Term and Long-Term Disability CoverageLife InsuranceAnnual vacation and other Paid LeavesMaternity Leave Top Up PayThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all Canada locations.
