$35,000 - $40,000 annual base salary + Free Luxury 2 Bedroom unit + Benefits + Company Pension + 3 Weeks’ Vacation + Corporate Bonus + Pension + RRSP + $1,000 Fitness Reimbursement + $1,000 TTC Reimbursement + $2,000 Education Reimbursement + More!Hays are proud to partnering with one of Canada's most reputable Real Estate companies in finding them a live in Maintenance Technician to be based out of their luxury apartment in the GTA.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational facilities.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance work.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a residential or luxury property setting.Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work on-call hours and respond to emergencies as needed.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
