Casualty & Auto Adjuster ( Burnaby-North Bay -Edmonton )

Mandate of the jobThe Casualty & Auto Adjuster is mainly responsible for handling minor to complex size casualty claims. In addition, the adjuster will handle some automobile, accident benefits and minor property losses. The role is to provide excellent customer service throughout with proper investigation of the loss, evaluation of coverage, negotiation of the claim and its ultimate settlement within the parameters of the policy wording and using the standards and guidelines set forth in the Claims Manual. The adjuster will also provide direction to independent adjusters and lawyers as required in the claims processWe are open to welcome our perfect candidate to our Burnaby- North Bay or Edmonton office.
