Develop your team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, and coaching performance. Relentlessly drive execution of all initiatives & projects. Fluent in French 2+ years of structured supervisory experience within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Combination of relevant experience and formal education (4yr degree preferred). Proven track record of successfully developing and managing a team of recruiters. High level of comfort in a high-volume recruiting environment. Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates. A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting. Expertise in working with an ATS. Strong project management and agency management skills. Outstanding networking and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize. An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
