SkyTrac Systems Ltd., a specialized airborne SATCOM communication solutions developer for commercial aircraft, is enjoying exponential growth. We are looking for exceptional people to join our team immediately in our office in the heart of BC’s sunny Okanagan. Our products are exported around the world. Skytrac has an immediate need for an experienced web developer. In particular, you should have a solid understanding of C# and ASP.NET as well as strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working with and mentoring other developers. Software Engineer III Terms: Permanent Full Time Location: Kelowna, B.C. Canada Reporting to: Sr. Manager Software The Role Includes: Support and enhancement of existing applications Debugging software and working through issues with clients Analyzing and documenting requirements Unit tests / TDD Performing code reviews Experience Required: 5+ years of Web Development/ASP.NET Development 3 - 5 years of working with C# .NET 2.0 or higher 3 - 5 years of working with data-driven applications Skills Required: Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and SOLID design principles Able to work independently and on a team Additional Assets: Experience in the Aviation Industry Experience with unit tests & Test Driven Design Agile Software Engineering Techniques C experience on an ARM processor How to Apply: Reply ONLY to [email protected] .
