Head of Product - Data Platform Martyn Bassett Associates is seeking a seasoned product leader to join a Toronto-based AI startup as the first-ever Head of Product for a brand new Data Platform. About the Client The client is a pioneering AI startup with IoT-based Energy Management solutions, empowering large energy consumers to track and manage energy consumption, costs, and emissions. The Opportunity You will be responsible for building upon the Founder's V1 and taking the reins to drive the development of a real-time energy and cost data tracking platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a product strategy for the Data Platform Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and market trends Drive product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer value and business impact Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Requirements Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a focus on Data Platforms and IoT-based solutions Strong understanding of energy management SaaS and its applications in the manufacturing space Ability to commute to a Downtown Toronto office at least 3 days a week Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
