You’ll help one of Canada's most trusted organizations work on the latest project, and be rewarded with great opportunities.Job Description:Troubleshoot and support computer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices via a ticketing system and issue resolution process.Assist System Administrators in day-to-day operations and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP scopes, GPOs.Assist Network Engineers in LAN, Wireless LAN and WAN troubleshooting on Cisco devices.Provide Level 2 support by identifying and providing input on unique and recurring internal customer problems.Responsible for imaging, configuring, and deploying computers and accessoriesAssist System Administrators in Windows Servers, NTFS Permissions and MFA / Duo management.Assist in performing facility surveys for network communications and make recommendations for the layout and location of network components, equipment and cabling.Manage and maintain IT Asset management systems like Lansweeper.Assist vendors in supporting and installations of other IT related equipment, including but not limited to IP cameras, access control systems etc.Must Haves:Experience across multiple IT disciplines (hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO)Hands-on experience in basic configuration and support on Cisco Switches and Wireless APs.Working knowledge of computer networking and cabling infrastructure.Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and driven to exceed expectations.Proficiency with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Proficiency with iPhone and iPad devices and apps.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.About Huntel Global:Huntel Global is the specialized IT division of Drake International.
