Growth Partners Full Time Richmond Hill, ONAs the AD, you’ll lead a group of growth marketers across paid, search, owned and creative and manage our largest clients. You'll be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth across our portfolio of high-value accounts, leveraging your expertise in multiple marketing channels and your strong leadership skills.A high degree of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm is required along with a desire to learn and grow in the paid and organic social area. Your success will come from understanding and keeping up with these new developments, helping your team learn and adopt them with their clients and ensuring the end goal is always client growth.Your responsibilities will include:Work closely with the VP on managing the account management teamHelping to prepare advanced digital strategies for clients and conducting audits for new clientsManage and mentor a team of Growth Marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunitiesOversee strategy development and implementation for our largest and most complex client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizationsDrive innovation in our service offerings and marketing strategiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiencyAnalyze performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performancePresent results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadershipSocial & Search:Help to guide in the planning, managing and executing of paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, Bing, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTokProvide thought leadership and guidance for search & social media best practicesGuide campaign analysis, reporting, presentation of findings and providing insights & recommendations to clientsData interpretation and reporting using Google Analytics and similar toolsExtensive understanding of social media tracking and integrations, including CAPIDeep knowledge of best social media practices along with upcoming trends and industry changesLiaise with clients, external suppliers and design/technical teams for project management and troubleshootingAssist clients in developing long term content strategies including providing strategic creative direction to drive growthAbility to review and advise clients re: onsite conversion, creative, branding, messaging, etc.Assist in the development of content strategies for websites and creative assets as neededAt least 4+ years' in a digital role ideally managing a teamExperience of managing B2B & B2C social media channels including paid social and paid searchStrong desire to take a great deal of ownership. You want to make decisions, not just be told what to do.A result-orientated mindset that can quickly identify growth opportunitiesExceptional project management skills along with proven ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneouslyStrong ability to present and persuade clients as to why a particular route is the right way to goAbility to manage any type of content from initial concept to copywriting, design and promotionEffective time management, strong organization skills, and attention to detailAn analytical mindset with good Excel skills and an ability to make recommendations based on numbersExperience with tools including Google Docs, FB Ads Manager, Hubspot and Google AnalyticsSucceeding at ShoelaceAs a team, we put an emphasis on hiring people who are highly accountable.
