- Review customer claim invoices and validate it against contracts.
- Reporting and presentation regarding Sales deduction and P/L to upper level of management
- Guide and monitor sales program related process and policy to the related department
- Maintain annual program terms with payouts
- Process valid customer claim submissions and post audits
- Identify invalids and partner with sales team to resolve in a timely manner
- Perform customer account reconciliations for responsible accounts
- Program registration/monitoring & maintenance
- Account Management/reporting
- Analyzing & reporting of accounts
- Manage annual trade term
- Month end closing of sales deduction
- Budgeting sales deduction monthly and yearly
- Forecast P/L (profit and loss) and do gap analysis
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of finance, accounting, and promotional claim processing.
- College/University graduate
- 2-5 years of AR/Deduction management experience
- Bi-lingual (English/Korean) is an asset
- Compliance and investigative mindset
- Ability to learn new programs with ease
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Self-motivated / starter
