Lead Java Developer

ITC Infotech is looking for a Lead Java Developer to join Canada Team.Location: Vancouver, British Columbia – This role requires the candidate to be on premises for 2-3 days.What you’ll do:You will lead the design design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.You will translate the concept designs, customer requirements into user interfaces on web & device applications.You will be understanding of system and application performance limits and characteristics.You will use of Instruments for measuring and improving performance and fixing memory leaksMust Haves:A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.10+ years proven experience in Java, JSP, Servlet,Java EE programming , Micro services .Minimum of 3 years of experience as technical lead, leading end-to-end flows .Hands on experience in in design, Coding and unit testing of the ReST based API development.Experience working in windows and Linux environments and sound knowledge in at least one of the state-of-the-art Development IDE (Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ IDEA,Good understanding of Web development, Security concepts & Database.Experience in cloud services like AWS / Azure, Docker, KubernetesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Your X-FactorWork ethic - You are a consummate professional.Aptitude - You have an innate capacity to transition from project to project without skipping a beat.Communication - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams.Impact - You are a critical thinker with an emphasis on creativity and innovation.Passion - You have the drive to succeed paired with a continuous hunger to learn.Leadership - You are trusted, empathetic, accountable, and empower others around you.Our Mission:ITC Infotech is a leading global technology services and solutions provider, led by Business and Technology Consulting.
