Assistant Plant Operator and general labourer

Carmangay Seed Cleaning Plant is currently seeking a self motivated, flexible, and confident individual to fill the position of plant operator and assistant to the general manager. Tasks include keeping accurate records of daily seed processes. Clean, separate, treat and bag seed of common and pedigree classes. Operate and maintain plant equipment and provide high quality customer service along with assisting the Plant Manager with other needs as requested. Qualifications include the ideal candidate as highly organized and a problem solver with excellent verbal and other communication skills. This position requires physical activity and so the ideal candidate must be in good physical condition, mechanically inclined, in possession of a valid class 5 driver's license, able to work independently and as a team. Further one must be able to adjust to changing plans and conditions and have the desire for constant professional development. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
