Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.The Operations support Administrator, reporting to the Account Director, is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail; must collaborate with other support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.Your work will include:Answer inquiriesAssist with laundry and cleaning Complete payroll and attendanceAssist with all documentation for HR and Health and Safety processesMaintain electronic filing systemWrite, edit and scan documents for trackingQualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessaryOrganizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role.
